CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 24(RLS) Proposing                                                
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the                               
budget reserve fund, which had been held in third reading (page 1444),                              
was before the Senate.                                                                              
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                                         
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 24(RLS) be held in third                                                
reading to the May 4 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
